Summer sports camps

The Southaven High Volleyball Camp is scheduled for June 1-3 from 1-4 p.m. at the school gym, 735 Rasco Road. The camp, open to grades 2-7, is $40 until Friday; $50 after. For more information, call coach Allison Burchyett at (901) 351-3617.

The Southaven High Youth Basketball Camp is scheduled for June 1-3 from 9 a.m. to noon at the school gym, 735 Rasco Road. The camp, open to boys and girls in grades 4-7, costs $30. Forms are available at the school or call (662) 393-9300, ext. 1160 for more information.

Due to the over whelming number of requests for teams searching for players we finally created a competitve page. Players can find teams and teams can find players.

We should have updated online registration for players, teams and coaches later this week. In the mean time there are a few postings.

3 v 3 Summer Shootout

Age Groups U-8, U-10, U-12, U-14, U-16, U-18
(Open to players age 5 through 17)

$35.00 per player includes registration with insurance. Registration open through May 29

Minimum 4 Maximum 6 players. Bring a team or be drafted to one.

8 games of two 12 minute halves during the months of June and July

 Games on Tuesday and/or Thursday nights in Horn Lake
